Find all you need to know about reserving your luxury vehicle, managing itineraries, and our flexible cancellation policies.

For standard luxury sedans and SUVs, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For specialty vehicles, event fleets, or peak holiday seasons, providing 7-14 days notice ensures optimal availability and personalization.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time incur no penalty. Modifications can be made through your client portal or by contacting the concierge directly.

For standard transfers, full payment is authorized prior to the trip. For multi-day itineraries and event fleets, a 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

We do our utmost to accommodate specific chauffeur requests for returning clients, subject to scheduling availability. Please mention your preference during booking.

Our luxury sedans typically accommodate 2 standard suitcases and 2 carry-ons. For larger luggage requirements, we recommend our premium SUV or Executive Van fleet.

Since all our vehicles are chauffeur-driven, there are no age restrictions for passengers. We also provide premium child safety seats upon request.

All ATAT vehicles are strictly non-smoking to maintain the highest standard of air quality. We do welcome small pets, provided they are safely secured and we are informed in advance.
