The following table outlines our cancellation charges based on how far in advance you cancel your booking. All timings are calculated from the scheduled trip departure time.

All cancellations must be communicated via call, WhatsApp, or email with your Booking ID. Verbal requests without confirmation will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed as per the timelines below based on your payment method.
Credit / Debit Card
5–7 Business Days
Refund credited back to the original card used at the time of booking.
UPI / Wallet
2–3 Business Days
Refund sent directly to your UPI ID or wallet used for payment.
Bank Transfer (NEFT)
7–10 Business Days
Refund transferred to the bank account details provided at booking.
Cash / Advance
3–5 Business Days
Advance paid in cash will be refunded via NEFT or UPI after verification.
GST, platform fees, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable in all cases.
Special Circumstances
Certain situations beyond customer control are treated with a more flexible policy. ATAT reserves the right to verify all claims before processing refunds.

Tour Package Cancellation
Tour packages involve third-party services like hotels, permits, and guides. Cancellation rules for packages differ from standalone vehicle bookings.

Permit fees, toll charges, and special entry fees once booked are strictly non-refundable regardless of cancellation time.

Free Reschedule
48+ hours before trip
Change your travel date once at no extra charge, subject to vehicle availability on the new date.
Fee: ₹0
Paid Reschedule
Any time before 24 hrs
A rescheduling fee applies on the second change request for the same booking.
Fee: ₹499 – ₹999
Not Allowed
Less than 24 hours before
Rescheduling within 24 hours of departure is not permitted. Cancellation policy will apply.

Contact Us
Call our support number, send a WhatsApp message, or email us with your cancellation request. Mention your Booking ID.
Provide Booking Details
Share your Booking ID, registered name, and travel date so our team can locate your booking instantly.
Receive Confirmation
You will receive a cancellation confirmation via SMS and email with a Cancellation Reference Number within 30 minutes.
Refund Processed
Refund is initiated within 24 hours of confirmation. Amount reflects in your account as per payment method timelines.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation. Depending on your payment method UPI (2–3 days), Card (5–7 days), or Bank Transfer (7–10 days) the amount will reflect accordingly.
Partial cancellation of multi-day bookings is allowed only for tour packages. For standalone vehicle bookings, the entire booking must be cancelled. Contact support for custom arrangements.
If the driver is more than 30 minutes late without notice, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. Please contact our 24x7 helpline immediately to report the issue.
If government authorities declare the route unsafe or issue travel advisories, a full refund or free reschedule is offered. General bad weather without official advisories does not qualify for a full refund.
No additional charges are collected at cancellation. The cancellation fee is simply deducted from the advance/full payment already made, and the remaining amount is refunded to you.
Yes, booking transfers are allowed up to 48 hours before the trip at no extra charge. The new traveller's details must be submitted to our team in writing via email or WhatsApp.
